Sales Email Template is a static template library plus optional writing tools. We do not require an account. We do not operate a user database of your contacts.

Information we process

Template pages are static. If you use a writing tool, the text you submit is sent to our server and then to an AI provider to generate a draft. Do not paste secrets, patient data, or anything you would not put in an email already.

Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and the time of a request. We use that to rate-limit abuse (10 tool requests per minute per IP) and to keep the site up.

Cookies and logs

We use standard server logs to rate-limit abuse on writing tools (10 requests per minute per IP) and to keep the site running. We do not run third-party ad trackers on template pages.

Contact

For privacy questions, do not include personal data in a tool prompt. Prompts are handled only to generate a single draft and are not stored for marketing.
